  • Most furnaces and air conditioners we install come with a standard 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • When the product is registered by the homeowner, this is typically extended to 10 years (applies to most ACs and furnaces).
  • Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may vary by brand and model.

Water Heaters & Tankless Systems

  • Warranty coverage for tank and tankless water heaters varies by manufacturer and model.
  • These units follow manufacturer-specific warranty terms, which can differ from furnaces and AC systems.

Installation Labor Warranty

  • We provide a 2-year labour warranty on new installations.
  • This warranty covers labour only and does not include parts, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to the installation itself.

Repair & Replacement Parts Warranty

  • When a part is replaced during a repair, it typically comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on the part.
  • We provide a 30-day labour warranty on repair work related to part replacement.
