Within just a few hours, they had a technician at our home, and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. What impressed us even more was the level of care beyond the repair. The technician offered to power wash our outdoor unit and even neatly put away our garden hose better than I ever have! He was calm, respectful, and took the time to share helpful tips on how to properly care for and maintain our A/C unit. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Moved into a new home and A/C was not working, had someone else in come in and made things worse, then I had no heat. North Wind came out and assessed the damage and had my heat and air running as good as new within the hour, he even explained the new thermostat (as different from my last one) and even made sure the heat and air were both working well.
