Moved into a new home and A/C was not working, had someone else in come in and made things worse, then I had no heat. North Wind came out and assessed the damage and had my heat and air running as good as new within the hour, he even explained the new thermostat (as different from my last one) and even made sure the heat and air were both working well. I was very impressed, extremely knowledgeable, wished we would have called him first. 100% would recommend!!

Called this morning because furnace was not working properly, they told me someone would be here between 11 and 1. Alex showed up right at 11 o’clock serviced the furnace and everything is good.

I am very happy with the service I got from this company. They came in a timely manner, and provided me with options, including taking pics of warranty and service schedules. My heat exchanger was still under warranty, even though it was old. They installed it quickly and cleaned up after themselves, were polite and professional.
