We have used North Wind HVAC for a vent repair and a full install of a new furnace. The technician was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and provided cost effective options. Moreover, they responded quickly and visited our house in short notice despite a huge snow storm.

Alex was great. My furnace stopped working on a Sunday in the middle of a cold snap.  Alex came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace company send the part as it was under warranty.  Him and his technician were prompt, knowledgeable and got the job done.
