We have used North Wind HVAC for a vent repair and a full install of a new furnace. The technician was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and provided cost effective options. Moreover, they responded quickly and visited our house in short notice despite a huge snow storm. In today’s world where it can be difficult to find a reputable and trusted technician/ contractor, I was very impressed by their overall customer service and expertise.
