Oakville Furnace and AC Repair & Installation

Our A/C suddenly stopped working, and with the extreme temperatures outside, we knew we needed it fixed right away. Within just a few hours, they had a technician at our home, and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. What impressed us even more was the level of care beyond the repair. The technician offered to power wash our outdoor unit and even neatly put away our garden hose better than I ever have! He was calm, respectful, and took the time to share helpful tips on how to properly care for and maintain our A/C unit. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, professional, and genuinely caring service.

Moved into a new home and A/C was not working, had someone else in come in and made things worse, then I had no heat. North Wind came out and assessed the damage and had my heat and air running as good as new within the hour, he even explained the new thermostat (as different from my last one) and even made sure the heat and air were both working well. I was very impressed, extremely knowledgeable, wished we would have called him first. 100% would recommend!!

We have used North Wind HVAC for a vent repair and a full install of a new furnace. The technician was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and provided cost effective options. Moreover, they responded quickly and visited our house in short notice despite a huge snow storm. In today’s world where it can be difficult to find a reputable and trusted technician/ contractor, I was very impressed by their overall customer service and expertise. I have already recommended them to friends/ family and would highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC repair.
