Generator

A standby home generator wires permanently into your electrical panel and natural gas line, then kicks on automatically within seconds of a power outage. Unlike a portable generator, you don’t drag it out, fuel it up, or run extension cords: the automatic transfer switch handles everything. For ice storms, summer grid failures, and the increasingly common GTA outages that knock power out for 12+ hours, a standby unit keeps your furnace, sump pump, fridge, and lights running without you doing anything.
Sizing is in kilowatts. A 10 kW unit covers essentials (furnace, fridge, sump, a few circuits). A 14 to 18 kW unit runs most of a typical home including the AC. A 22 kW unit handles a large home including electric range and dryer.
We’re an authorized Generac dealer and install full-home standby systems including the gas line, transfer switch, ESA permit, and concrete pad. Call (647) 558-5528 for a site survey.
