Installation notes

A furnace install involves the cabinet itself plus venting (B-vent for mid-efficiency, PVC for condensing), a condensate drain on condensing models, a properly sized gas line, a chimney liner adjustment if you’ve gone from mid- to high-efficiency, electrical, thermostat wiring, and a TSSA-permit gas safety inspection. Old equipment removal and disposal are part of the job.
